Gary Lawson to lead Wellington Hornets in UBC

The mercurial and still potent force "Gazza" will anchor the Wellington Hornets in the inaugural Ultimate Bowls Challenge over 3 events in 2019. This $500,000 event is due to kick off at Warilla 4–5 April 2019 and will be shown on Sky TV in New Zealand. The franchises can sign players as they choose, with remaining players coming from the draft pool.
