Bowls New Zealand publishes regular circulars on administrative matters affecting all Kiwi bowlers but strangely fails to draw them to your attention.

Included in the November circular is the news that Bowls New Zealand has intervened in the running of the Counties Manakau Centre with a view to winding it up and creating a new Centre.
